What do you do at 900lbs?

Visual Content Producer

What do you do for fun?

Avid Television binge watcher and wanna-be rock star guitar player. I also build and rebuild computer setups and try to keep up with the latest tech trends against my wallets best wishes.

If you didn’t grow up in Dallas, where?

Born in Wichita Falls, Texas, raised around North Texas and for a small time, Colorado.

Favorite music?

Hard Rock and Heavy Metal to Electronic and Pop. My forever repeats would have to include Primus, Tool, Lamb of God, and Pink Floyd. Music is my lifeblood, I’m constantly jamming out or humming a tune in my head, and always looking for new things to broaden my horizons.

Where do you hang out in your free time?

You can find me giving the worst renditions of obscure songs at random bars for karaoke night, or missing 90% of my shots at the local pool hall. I also participate in video game tournaments at adult arcades with friends.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be?

I would love to take a trip to Sweden, Germany, The UK, or many places around Europe. China and Japan are also on my list of destinations.

What is your favorite 900lbs project so far?

RES and NCR’s connected city was one of the first projects I was brought on to at 900lbs. It was exciting, fast paced, and a stressful way to start, to say the least. While the developers were just a few steps away, polishing the code for the clients application, us visual content producers were tasked with creating the 45 videos that would populate the application.

This task really spoke with the teamwork and professionalism of the 900lbs staff. Without the proper communication between each other and each department, the project could have fallen apart at many points. But with the care and precise work pulled off by everyone involved, the content was accomplished almost a week ahead of schedule.

RES and NCR expressed their gratitude for surpassing their expectations on the final product, and the New York debut provided even greater positive feedback. As I am newly out of school, being involved in a large group project that overachieved everyone’s expectations was a fresh welcome for me to the amazing team at 900lbs.
