900lbs Team Building and Happy Hour

In May, the 900lbs Team got together for an in-person Team-Building Event with dinner and drinks. It was the first time since March of 2020. We have embraced a fully flexible work model and Team Members come to the office as needed based on project requirements and technical/creative collaboration.

During our recent All-Team Day, we worked through fun Team Building exercises that focused primarily on StrengthsFinder assessments. Understanding each others’ core strengths helps us communicate with more empathy and understanding. This helps us get through technical challenges more effectively. At 900lbs, we celebrate and appreciate what makes us all unique. We are the sum of all parts and getting together in-person helps builds on our great culture.
