900lbs of Holiday Cheer at DFW Airport

With the new year quickly approaching, 900lbs has been hard at work setting up and installing two interactives experiences at DFW Airport with an expedited turn-around. Our shared mission – to entertain travelers during the busy holiday season.

In Terminal B, we launched an updated version of our white-label DFW Holiday VR game that premiered during DFW’s Holiday Party last year:
Wearing wireless VR headsets, players compete to vacuum up presents from a Grinch-like monster while blocking snowballs flying by at all angles! A daily leaderboard synced to the program keeps those with a competitive state of mind coming back to keep their names at the top of the list.

In Terminal D, we developed a custom augmented reality projection activation. Utilizing a combination of blended projectors displaying a wirelessly transmitted signal, guests interact with a high-fidelity winter scene complete with falling snow, an animated snowman, and lots more for a truly Instagrammable experience.
