What do you do at 900lbs?
Project Manager
What do you do for fun?
Spending time with my kids and family is my favorite thing to do! I like to stay active, so I’m always finding new events and places for us to explore around town…especially restaurants, I love food! Oh, and travel, I’m always up for an adventure! When I do have downtime for myself I love a good movie, games with the family, or working on an art or crafting project.
If you didn’t grow up in Dallas, where?
I’m originally from Royal Oak, Michigan, moved to Plano, Texas in middle school, moved back to Michigan in Junior year of H.S., hightailed it out to California to live the “dream” after college for awhile, but decided to move back to Dallas in 2007.
Favorite music?
Depends on my mood, I’m a bit of a musical chameleon. I don’t subscribe to one genre, but my favorite type of music is LIVE music, I love the energy and vibe of the musicians and the crowd! Heather (900lbs Account Services) is my favorite concert partner.
Where do you hang out in your free time?
Home and around town exploring. I live in McKinney, and with all the development in Collin County, there’s always something going on! On most Summer weekends you can find me at our family lake house on Cedar Creek Lake playing games and hanging on the lake with the family.
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Everywhere and Anywhere! My bucket list is long and I haven’t even scratched the surface of all of the places I want to visit! Some at the top of the list are Iceland, Seychelles, Maldives, Australia, Costa Rica, and Brazil.
What is your favorite 900lbs project so far?
Oh wow, it’s hard to pick a favorite. One of the best things about being a part of the 900lbs team is that everything, from the collaboration, content, use case, audience, to the technology, tools, and platforms are different and usually full of exciting challenges. My most challenging and rewarding project was for Bell. We worked with experienced subject matter experts to learn detailed aircraft, mission, and combat information to create an immersive experience using cinematics and touch technology, that is visually impressive, interactive, and impactful.
